We welcome walk-ins and appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible out of respect for our staff and other clients. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.

We reserve the right to decline service if a client presents with a condition (such as a nail infection, open wound, or contagious skin condition) that may pose a risk to themselves or others. This decision is made solely for the wellbeing of everyone in our salon.
Clients with allergies or sensitivities to nail products, chemicals, or fragrances should inform our staff before services begin.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know before you leave the salon and we will do our best to make it right. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we are happy to make reasonable corrections within 5 days of your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change. We do not process payments through our website — all transactions are handled in person at our salon locations.
